Neon lights is a project of Leadership Tulsa and the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture as they host the unveiling of a new booklet depicting Tulsa's vintage neon lights. The unveiling of the publication will be at El Rancho Grande Mexican restaurant on Route 66, 1629 E. 11th St. Cost to attend is $15 and appetizers are included. Reservations are required - call 477-7079.
